I started the “Why Yoga Matters” series to go into a little bit more detail about what yoga is, the different styles of yoga🧘🏾‍♀️, and many benefits that yoga has to offer your life.

Each part of this series has a different topic pertaining to yoga that shows why many people have gravitated towards this practice.
