I started the “Eat Your Way To Calm” series because foodย ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŽ๐Ÿis a big part of our lives.

It can change a person’s mood without them even realizing it.

I wanted to go into more details about what kind of lifestyle and the foods eaten can cause stress or eliminate it.

Each part of this series will have a different topic pertaining to how to lower stress in your life, what foods are the best to do this, and how to create a stress-free lifestyle.
