On top of that, the benefits you get from drinking detox water especially first thing in the morning is amazing.

For starters, provides you with an extra boost of vitamins and minerals that you do not get from drinking plain water.

This is one of my favorite detox water recipes to help you get that glowing skin.
If you have been struggling with acne or just annoying breakouts, try out this detox water recipes for 2-4 weeks and see if it helps to clear up your skin!
Here is What You Will Need:
- 1 small lemon sliced 🍋
- 5 sliced strawberries 🍓
- 1 apple sliced 🍎
- a small handful of mint leaves🌿
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- handful of ice
Put all of this into your favorite water bottle or infuser bottle, fill it up with water💦 and enjoy!
Energy Booster Recipe⚡️
Need an energy booster?
Kick the red bull and coffee☕️ to the side and just drink water!
This water recipe is a great energy booster for those days you need a little pick me up.
It tastes great too which is the best part.

- a small handful of blackberries

Apple Berry Detox Smoothie Recipe🍎🍓🥤
Here is a great detox smoothie recipe if you don’t want water.
This one is another one of my favorites.
It is great to have in the morning ☀️to start your day on the right foot!
It also helps you to get in a huge amount of leafy greens into your diet at the start of your day.
Leafy greens are the ultimate detoxing food you can have in your diet.
Here Is What You Will Need:
- 1 large apple🍏🍎
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries🍓, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup of water 💦 or unsweetened almond milk 🥛
- protein powder (optional)
- 1 banana (optional)🍌
Throw all of this in a blender and blend until it is in a smooth consistency.
I like to put crushed ice in my smoothies so it gives it a slushy effect.🥤
