Getting the necessary amounts of nutrients in each day can be challenging.
It was for me.
So I started, to look into superfood powders that I could add to my smoothies and post-workout shakes.
These superfood powders are a great way to make sure you are getting in those vital nutrients that you wouldn’t otherwise get in your normal diet.
They taste pretty good with just water which is a plus.
So for those extremely busy days, you can literally add it with some water, shake and go!

I stand by not having chemicals, dyes, artificial flavors, additives or anything else that can harm you from the inside out in the foods I get or the powders I will eventually drink.

This green superfood is great for getting an added boost of antioxidants.
In this one superfood powder, there are a ton of organic greens, veggies, berries, and 5 billion probiotics.

You can add this to your post workout shake or even in your daily protein smoothie.
The serving size is 1 scoop which equates to about 14 grams and 60 calories.
